Shipping Policy
Soil Amendments (Compost, Worm Castings, Extract)
Shipping Method: We ship via UPS or USPS depending on package size and destination.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase.
Delivery Time: Once your order leaves our farm, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days via ground shipping.
Service Area: We ship nationwide to all 50 U.S. states.
Bulk Orders (2000 lb Worm Castings): Shipped via LTL freight with free shipping included. Delivery timeframe is determined by freight carrier and destination. We will provide tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Bulk orders over 2000 lbs ship free.

Composting Services
Composting services (residential curbside pickup and commercial collection) are local to Jackson, TN and surrounding areas only. No shipping applies — service is delivered via scheduled pickup at your address.
Carriages
New Carriages (Coyaltix): We arrange and coordinate shipping to the nearest U.S. or Canadian port of call. From there, customers are responsible for arranging final transport to their location. We are happy to assist with logistics and carrier recommendations.
Carriage Parts: Small parts and accessories ship via UPS or USPS with standard 3-5 day delivery. Larger parts may require freight shipping — we will contact you with a shipping quote before processing the order.
Custom Builds: Shipping terms, timeline, and logistics are outlined in your custom carriage contract at the time of order. Contact us for specific details.
International Customers: We ship carriages to Canadian ports. Customers outside the U.S. and Canada should contact us directly to discuss shipping options and costs.
Return & Refund Policy
Soil Amendments (Compost, Worm Castings, Extract)
Returns: We do not accept returns on soil amendment products.
Refunds: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your product is defective, does not meet quality standards, or arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at twistedluckgardening@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue.
Replacement: In cases where a product is confirmed defective or damaged in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Composting Services
Residential Subscriptions: Month-to-month subscriptions may be canceled at any time with no penalty. No refunds are provided for partial months of service already rendered.
Commercial Contracts: 6-month and 12-month commercial composting agreements are non-refundable. Early termination fees may apply as outlined in your signed service agreement.
Carriage Parts
Defective Parts: We will replace defective carriage parts if reported within 14 days of receipt. Please contact twistedluckcarriages@gmail.com with photos and a description of the defect.
Non-Defective Parts: We do not accept returns on parts that are in working order. Please verify fitment and specifications before ordering.
Custom Carriages
No Returns, No Refunds: Custom-built carriages are made to order and are non-refundable and non-returnable. All custom carriage orders are final once production begins.
Warranty: Newly built Coyaltix carriages come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms, coverage, and claims are determined solely by Coyaltix. We act as a sales agent only and have no control over warranty decisions. For warranty service, customers must contact Coyaltix directly as outlined in the warranty documentation provided at time of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing:

Provide photos of the damaged packaging and product

Include your order number and description of the issue
We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including replacement or refund where appropriate.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Before Shipping: If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at twistedluckgardening@gmail.com or 405-326-5623. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.
After Shipping: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Standard return and refund policies apply.
