2026 Campaign -- Limited to 5 yards
Your lawn doesn't need another bag of synthetic fertilizer. It needs living soil — and we're going to prove it in five Jackson front yards this year.

Luck of the Lawn is a 2026 proof-of-concept campaign from Twisted Luck Sustainable Solutions. We are selecting five front yards across the Jackson area to receive a full season of biological soil treatment — completely free of charge — in exchange for participating in a documented case study that we believe will change how this community thinks about lawn care.

This is not a gimmick. This is not a marketing stunt dressed up as something meaningful. This is us putting our product, our philosophy, and our results in front of your neighbors — and letting the science speak for itself.

By the end of 2026, five Jackson lawns will look better, feel better, and require less than they did before. The chemical dependency cycle will be broken. And we'll have the photos, the data, and the voices of five real homeowners to prove it.

What is "Luck of the Lawn" 🍀
Luck of the Lawn is a one-season, five-yard soil health trial conducted by Twisted Luck Sustainable Solutions in Jackson, Tennessee. Five selected participants will receive four professional treatment visits of TLSS's biological soil amendments across the 2026 growing season at no cost.

The program is built on a simple premise: healthy soil grows healthy grass. Not fertilizer. Not weed killer. Not a bag of synthetic granules that feeds the plant while starving the ground beneath it. The soil food web — the billions of microorganisms living in every tablespoon of living earth — is what your lawn actually needs. We raise those organisms. We apply them. We let nature do the rest.

Participants are not customers. They are partners in a documented living experiment. In exchange for their yard, their story, and their honest feedback, they receive a full season of TLSS's highest-quality biological amendments — the same products we sell commercially — at no charge.
WHY WE'RE DOING THIS
The lawn care industry is built on a cycle of dependency. Synthetic inputs kill the very microbiology that would allow soil to sustain itself. When the biology dies, you need more product. When you need more product, you buy more. The lawn never gets healthier — it just gets more expensive to maintain.
We believe Jackson deserves better. Luck of the Lawn is how we prove it — not in a lab, not on a pamphlet, but in real front yards across real neighborhoods where real neighbors can drive by and see it for themselves. That's who we are.

What Participants Receive 🍀
Each selected participant receives an Initial Visit, four professional treatment visits, and a Closing Visit — all conducted by TLSS at no cost to the participant. The program opens with a dedicated Initial Visit to interview, assess, and document the lawn before any product is applied. Four treatments follow across the season. The program concludes with a dedicated Closing Visit for the end-of-season interview, final documentation, and before/after review.

The season opens with both products applied together on Visit 1. Visits 2, 3, and 4 continue with extract applications to maintain and build on the biological foundation established at the start:
$400.
Full Season Retail Value
Four professional treatment visits at $100 per treatment — the same service available commercially under the Luck of the Lawn service line beginning in 2027.
What We Use

Worm Castings Extract — Liquid Life
A concentrated liquid biological inoculant brewed in-house from TLSS's finished vermicompost. Applied directly to the soil via spray application, worm castings extract delivers a dense population of beneficial microorganisms straight into the soil profile — reestablishing the living biology that synthetic inputs have depleted over years of chemical use. Fast-acting, chemical-free, and measurably effective.

Finished Worm Castings — The Natural Plant Food
TLSS's finished worm castings applied as a top dress across the treatment area. Worm castings are the single most biologically active soil amendment available — rich in beneficial bacteria, plant-available nutrients, and organic matter that feeds the soil food web from the surface down. Lab-tested and produced entirely on-site from TLSS's two-stage composting system.

No product applied. End-of-season interview conducted on-site. Final documentation completed. Before/after reveal shared with participant. Written testimonial and Google review requested. Case study finalized.
Eligibility & Selection 🍀
Applications are open to any Jackson-area homeowner with a front yard visible from a public road. We are accepting more applications than we have spots — selection will be made by TLSS based on yard variety, geographic distribution across Jackson, and the story behind each submission.
We are actively looking for yards that represent a range of real-world conditions. The goal is not to cherry-pick the easiest lawns — it is to document biological soil amendment working across the honest diversity of West Tennessee growing conditions.

Applications are submitted via Google Form and must include a current photo of the front yard, the property address, and a brief description of the lawn's history and current condition. TLSS will notify selected participants directly and coordinate the first visit at mutual convenience.
REQUIRED — ALL APPLICANTS
Applicant must be willing to participate in a pre-treatment and post-season interview, provide a written testimonial at season end, and allow TLSS to document their yard across all four visits.
REQUIRED — ALL APPLICANTS
Front yard must be visible from a public street or road. The street name or subdivision may be shared publicly so that community members can observe results firsthand. Applicant must be the homeowner or have owner authorization to participate.
SELECTION PRIORITY
Yards with a history of synthetic chemical use, visible thinning, compaction, poor color, or persistent weed pressure will be given strong consideration — these conditions offer the most compelling transformation potential.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Variety in grass type, sun and shade conditions, soil history, and location across Jackson. We want yards with different stories — because different stories make the most compelling proof.
Participant Commitments
Luck of the Lawn is a partnership, not a giveaway. Participants receive professional service with real commercial value. In return, we ask for honest participation in the documentation of this season-long case study.
LOCATION SHARING
Participants agree that their street name or subdivision may be shared publicly — on social media, on the TLSS website, and in any campaign-related content — so that community members can drive by and observe results throughout the season. Full street addresses will not be published without additional written consent.
PHOTO DOCUMENTATION
Participants are encouraged to photograph their own lawn throughout the season and share those images with TLSS. Participant-captured photos may be used in campaign content with credit. TLSS will also capture professional documentation on every visit.
SOCIAL MEDIA PARTICIPATION
Participants agree to tag @TwistedLuckSustainableSolutions on any posts they make about their yard during the campaign season. Participants are encouraged — but not required — to post about treatment days, visible progress, and their overall experience. Organic posts from participants are among the most powerful content this campaign can produce.
END-OF-SEASON TESTIMONIAL
Participants agree to provide a written testimonial at the conclusion of the final visit describing their honest experience and any results observed. This testimonial may be used in TLSS marketing materials, the website, and social media content with the participant's name and general location.
GOOGLE REVIEW
Participants agree to leave an honest Google review of Twisted Luck Sustainable Solutions at the conclusion of the program reflecting their genuine experience with the service.
LAWN MAINTENANCE
Twisted Luck Sustainable Solutions provides biological soil amendment application only. Mowing, watering, and general lawn maintenance remain the participant's responsibility throughout the program. Participant's ongoing care routine is part of the documented case study and should continue as normal.
ACCESS
Participants agree to provide TLSS reasonable access to the front yard on scheduled visit days for application, photography, and documentation. Visits are typically completed within 30–60 minutes. Participant does not need to be present but should be reachable by phone on visit days.
The Interview Process 🍀
Every Luck of the Lawn participant will complete two recorded conversations — one at the Initial Visit before any product is applied, and one at the Closing Visit after the final treatment. These interviews are the human core of this campaign. Before-and-after photos show what changed. The interviews tell us why it matters.

Both interviews take place on dedicated visits with no product application happening the same day, giving both TLSS and the participant the time and space to have a genuine conversation. The Initial Visit allows for a relaxed walk of the lawn and an honest baseline conversation. The Closing Visit gives the participant time to reflect on a full season before sharing their experience. Interviews are conversational, conducted on-site, and recorded with participant consent. They typically run 10–15 minutes.

Interview content — including video, audio, and transcribed quotes — may be used by TLSS in marketing materials, social media content, blog posts, and case study documentation. Participants will be identified by first name and neighborhood unless they provide written consent for full name use.
