Initial Assessment: Very nice lawn. Couple bare spots where tree had been, some weed pressure, one half was zoysia other half was a mix.

Application #1: Greener lawn, some filling in of the bare spots, some weed pressure relief.

Application #2: Much healthier, thicker lawn, weed pressure has reduced significantly.

Initial Assessment: Extremely wet, bare spots where trees were removed, very wooded area with lots of shade.

Application #1: More sunny spots had much greener grass, some grass coming through the shaded spots, otherwise not much change, still very wet.

Application #2: Drier, much greener, more grass showing through. This will be a slower lawn to see significant change.
