Step 2: We Collect Weekly
Every week, we pick up your full bucket and leave you a clean one, curbside. No work on your end.

Q: What if I go on Vacation?
A: Just let us know! We'll pause your pickups while you're away—no charge.
Q: What happens if my bucket isn't full?
A: We still pick it up! Even small amounts of compost make a difference!
Q: Can I get the finished compost back?
A: Yes! Residential pickup subscribers get 5 gallons of finished compost + 1 gallon of worm castings annually as part of our "Feed Your Neighborhood" program. You can keep it or donate it to a community garden.
Q: What if I put the wrong thing in my bucket?
A: No worries! We'll sort it out. We'll also send you a gentle reminder about what can/can't be composted. If it becomes habitual (more than twice), then a "contamination" fee will be applied.
Q: Do you compost in winter?
A: Yes! We compost year-round. Our professional system works even in cold weather.
