Waste In.
Soil Out.
Community Fed.
Most waste haulers take your material and disappear. We close the loop — hot-composting everything through our windrow system, finishing it with vermicomposting, and returning living, tested compost back to the community.
Your facility's waste becomes someone's garden.
That's a story worth telling.

F.A.Q.
Q: What materials do you accept?
A: We accept manure (all animal types), food scraps, paper products, cardboard, yard waste, bedding material, and compostable organics. We do NOT accept bones, pet waste, plastic, treated wood, or diseased plant material. If you're unsure about a specific material, just ask — we'd rather clarify upfront.
Q: Do you provide containers?
A: Yes. Container type is matched to your volume and facility access — from dump trailer systems for large operations to smaller containers for restaurants and smaller facilities. Container placement, swap-out, and maintenance are all included in your service agreement.
Q: What if our volume changes month to month?
A: That's normal — seasonal operations, event schedules, and animal populations all affect volume. We build flexibility into commercial contracts and work with you to adjust pickup frequency as needed. We'd rather scale with you than lock you into something that doesn't fit.
Q: How is the Give Back allocation calculated?
A: Give back allocations are based on your average monthly volume and are outlined in your service agreement. Finished compost takes approximately 90-150 days to complete the full hot composting and vermicomposting process, so allocations are distributed on a quarterly basis. You choose each year whether you want compost, extract, or a community garden donation.
Q: Can you provide documentation for our sustainability reporting?
A: Absolutely — and this is something we take seriously. Commercial partners receive semi-annual impact reports documenting pounds diverted from landfill, finished compost produced, community distribution totals, and estimated CO₂ equivalent avoided. We can also provide pickup logs and material receipts for your internal records at any time.
Q: What happens if there's contamination in our container?
A: Occasional contamination happens — we understand that. We'll sort what we can and notify you with specifics on what was found. Repeated contamination affecting the quality of the compost may result in a sorting fee, but we work with clients proactively with staff education materials and clear accepted materials lists to prevent issues before they start.
Q: How far do you travel for commercial pickup?
A: We currently serve West Tennessee with our primary focus on the greater Memphis and Jackson areas. High-volume operations outside this range may still qualify depending on volume and pickup frequency — contact us to discuss. Distance is factored into commercial pricing during the quote process.
Q: What contract terms do you offer?
A: We offer 6-month and 12-month service agreements for commercial accounts. Longer terms come with preferred pricing advantages. All agreements include clear terms around pickup schedules, containers, give back allocations, and impact reporting. We keep contracts straightforward — no fine print surprises.
Q: Is there a minimum volume requirement?
A: For commercial accounts, we generally require a minimum volume that justifies scheduled pickup — typically 500+ pounds per month. Operations below this threshold may be better served by our residential or drop-off programs. Contact us and we'll point you in the right direction regardless.
Q: How long does the composting process take?
A: Our full process runs at least 90-150 days from collection to finished compost. This includes the active hot composting phase (maintaining 140°F+ to eliminate pathogens and weed seeds), a proper aging period, all of which produces the richest finished product. We don't rush it — quality finished compost takes time to do right.
